Returns and Exchanges

At Apartment 506, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges for damaged or wrong size items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free of any signs of wear and/or odor.
  • Sale items and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
  • A full unboxing video is required to process your return or exchange claim. The video must be recorded in one continuous shot from the moment of unboxing the package to showing the product, without any editing or pauses.
  • Our exchange policy is subject to changes based on current offers and promotions.
Exchange Process 
  1. Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +6281807287669 to start the exchange process. Provide your order number, the items you wish to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and the video proof.
  2. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items to us.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send the replacement item back to you.

Additional Information:

  • Each transaction is eligible for only one exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including the cost to send exchanged items back to customers, except in cases of damaged items where we will cover the shipping fees.
