Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on working days. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed within 1x24 hours. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed within 2x24 hours. That said, we'll try our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible.

At checkout, please select your preferred delivery method. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the delivery time selected.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate when placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as possible.

 

Instant/ Same Day Delivery (Jabodetabek Only)

If you live in the Jabodetabek area and need your item quickly, you can opt for instant or same day delivery.
